Probablemente debería hacer una publicación resumiendo o recopilando todos los trabajos que hice en cada mes del año pasado, pero no lo haré porque siento que no hice lo suficiente. Digamos que el año pasado me fue horrible (como el 2023), y espero cambiar algunas cosas para poder ofrecer más y mejor contenido en menos tiempo.

Pronto haré una publicación checando cuáles metas del año pasado cumplí, y cuáles tendré que cumplir este año, para el cual no diré qué me propuse para este año porque no quiero comprometerme con algo para después quedar mal por no ser capaz de cumplirlo por tener esa sensación de ya cumplir con esa meta solo por haberla mencionado, y porque no planeé meta alguna para este año (sinceramente).

A lo largo de los primeros 7 días de este año me estableceré metas que me guardaré para mí mismo, y conforme pase el año les diré cuáles de ellas cumplí mostrando los resultados.

I should probably do a post summarizing or compiling all the work I did in each month of the past year, but I won't because I feel like I didn't do enough. Let's just say that last year was horrible for me (like 2023), and I'm hoping to change some things so I can provide more and better content in less time.

Soon I will make a post checking which goals from last year I accomplished, and which ones I will have to accomplish this year, for which I won't say what I set for this year because I don't want to commit to something and then look bad for not being able to accomplish it because I have that feeling of already accomplishing that goal just because I mentioned it, and because I didn't plan any goal for this year (honestly).

Throughout the first 7 days of this year I will set goals that I will keep to myself, and as the year goes by I will tell you which of them I accomplished showing the results.

• La siguiente semana detendré parcialmente la publicación de ilustraciones de los juegos de Art Academy hasta después de Halloween, esto porque rescaté unos dibujos que hice en la preparatoria que encajan perfectamente con este mes. Espero que los disfruten.

El calor sigue intenso por aquí, pero al parecer la siguiente semana ya cederá ante el frío. El reinado de terror del calor por fin se irá, y demasiado largo fue. Mientras tanto, iré a preparar las publicaciones de los WIPs que quiero publicar, ya sea hoy o la próxima semana, para aprovechar el WIPnesday.

• From now on, all the WIPs I upload to my social networks will be blurred, while, to visualize well what I'm showing, you'll have to buy a subscription to my Ko-fi (on DeviantArt now you can't because I don't have Core), and the same will apply to every social network that allows me to have a subscription system.
• I will make some adjustments to my Ko-fi subscription I currently have to offer better rewards (or hopefully a little better than the ones I have now).
• I will close my Patreon account, as I don't feel like I got or am getting anywhere with this account. Also, I never got to feel entirely comfortable on that platform.
• I will open two new accounts (although one is more like reopening), one from Buymeacoffee, and the other from Tumblr. I'll try my luck on the first one, and on the second one I'll give it another try. Anyway, let me know what other social networks you recommend I open.
• Next week I will partially stop posting Art Academy game illustrations until after Halloween, because I rescued some drawings I did in high school that fit perfectly with this month. I hope you enjoy them.

The heat is still intense around here, but it seems that next week it will give way to the cold. The reign of terror of the heat will finally be gone, and too long it was. Antes de que mi cumpleaños termine, les presento un avance de un modelo 3D que estaba desarrollando antes de una feliz interrupción.

La feliz interrupción fue que me comisionaron un modelo 3D, y tuve que interrumpir el desarrollo de este Spider-Man hasta dar por terminada la comisión. Con los avances que he tenido, espero poder terminar la comisión antes de que acabe el mes.

Les recuerdo que aún tengo abiertas las comisiones, por si gustan que les haga algún modelo 3D por un precio asequible.

Bueno, siguiendo con Spider-Man. Esta versión está inspirada en la de la serie animada de los 90 (porque me gustó mucho más la serie de los 90 que Spectacular Spider-Man, y porque en el tiempo en que estuve desarrollando el modelo 3D ese Spider-Man hizo un cameo en X-Men '97) y en los cómics clásicos (para ahorrar tiempo en los detalles).

La intención era estrenar el modelo 3D hoy mismo, en mi cumpleaños, pero surgieron esas y otras circunstancias. Aún así, y porque era de mis metas cuando empecé en el modelado 3D, terminaré este Spider-Man. Mi superhéroe favorito se lo merece.

Ah, por cierto, este modelo 3D está siendo desarrollado usando estos assets, por si gustan adquirirlos en mis tiendas de Ko-fi, Itch.io y Gumroad:

Before my birthday ends up, I present a preview of a 3D model I was developing before a happy interruption.

The happy interruption was that I was commissioned a 3D model, and I had to interrupt the development of this Spider-Man until the commission was finished. With the progress I have made, I hope to finish the commission before the end of the month.

I remind you that I still have open commissions, in case you would like me to make a 3D model for you for an affordable price.

Well, continuing with Spider-Man. This version is inspired by the one from the 90's animated series (because I liked the 90's series much more than Spectacular Spider-Man, and because in the time I was developing the 3D model that Spider-Man made a cameo in X-Men '97) and in the classic comics (to save time in the details).

The intention was to release the 3D model today, on my birthday, but those and other circumstances came up. Still, and because it was one of my goals when I started 3D modeling, I will finish this Spider-Man. My favorite superhero deserves it.

Oh, by the way, this 3D model is being developed using these assets, if you like to buy them in my Ko-fi, Itch.io and Gumroad stores:

- Female Base Heads (because I was lazy at the time to create male heads, and wanted to start as soon as possible with the Spider-Man 3D model).
